User Services Branch Directorate manages processes related to user services such as the promotion, use, lending, and user training of library materials. Its sub-services are as follows:
1. Promotion, Use, and User Training Service: This service provides promotion of library services, consultation services regarding library materials, user training, control and supervision of reading rooms, and computer and internet services.
2. Lending Service: This service handles the lending and return of printed books and journals to library members for use both inside and outside the library building, as well as the maintenance of the arrangement and organization of books and journals on the shelves.
3. Interlibrary Cooperation Services: This service handles interlibrary lending and return of printed books and the provision of printed and electronic documents and information.
